In the latest update we’ve enhanced our messaging experience. Now all people who manage a property are notified of changes to their energy trade rules, not just the main account holder. Of course we only send messages if there is a need to notify you of changes to your trade rules or trade rule offers.
We have also enhanced the trade rule management so that you can now see all the details for properties you manage. This is particularly useful if you have more than one property to look after.
In the image below, our customer Kate Wheeler manages two properties, one at 12 West St, and one at 30 Bygrave Rd. She has created peer-to-peer trades between the two properties and can easily view the details of which property she is buying from and selling to.
The benefits don’t stop there. The property below belongs to a small business called Gareth Brown Holdings. There are five properties managed by the business and all are trading clean energy with one another. For the property at 115 Victor St, you can see that there are trade rules established with the four other properties in the portfolio, and you can see the traded energy between each one.
If we hover over the property card for 85 Marine St as shown below, the chart shows the proportion of energy exported from 115 Victor St to 85 Marine St.
Similarly, if we hover over the property card for 1A Vine Pl (below), the chart updates to highlight the energy exported from 115 Victor St to that property.
These quick access views makes managing clean energy trades between multiple properties easy! It also means that optimising clean energy trades between all properties in the portfolio is simplified.
