The Next Steps vision

We have received community’s feedback about the previous proposal and have made an update for it. A new proposal has two different strategic approaches.

1. Issue and distribute DAO Tokens and extend max supply for ENQ: Under this approach, DAO tokens will be generated and distributed among all community members. ENQ max supply has three targets to extend: 2.5 billion, 3.5 billion, or 5 billion.
2. Issue DAO Tokens and conduct TGE with no extra emission for ENQ: Alternatively, we propose issuing a single DAO token and initiating a TGE for this token. However, the overall max token supply for ENQ will remain static, without any increase.

Let’s delve deeper into the specifics of each of these options.

Issue and distribute DAO Tokens and extend max supply

Here the main focus is on community protocol management with mint of the Trinity DAO token (TDAO) to control the new emission of ENQ token.

Milestones for this approach:

1. TDAO launch
2. ENQ mint
3. Fair Distribution of TDAO token to ENQ Holders
4. Voting with TDAO Token
5. First voting with TDAO tokens about a budgeting for the next 3 months for ENQ.
6. All next votes will be with Trinity DAO token.
7. After the first 3 months the team will publish a report about using funds and a budget plan for the next 3 months with new voting.

This paradigm shift is poised to foster greater inclusivity, accountability, and proactive collaboration within our community.

1. The team has resources for the further development, growth and marketing.
2. The Community has the instruments to manage the future expenses for the team.
3. New hybrid DAO mechanics will be implemented.

Issue DAO Tokens and conduct TGE with no extra emission for ENQ

Based on community feedback, we propose a governance token issue with ENQ emission and all existing utility functions unchanged. Trinity DAO (TDAO) token will allow its holders to propose network parameters change, vote on adding new utility, vote on changes in Enex Space and Space Bridge.

Following steps:

1. TDAO token issue. The token will be issued in the Enecuum network and be available in other networks via Space Bridge transfers.
2. TDAO token will be offered for purchase in the Arbitrum network on Uniswap V3 in a pair with WETH. At this stage 5% of Trinity DAO supply will be offered with an initial price of 8 USDT with a goal to raise $400k.
3. Project roadmap will be updated based on funds raised.

Voting plan

1. Distribution of “one time” voting token proportionately to ENQ balance of the wallet in Enecuum network. Exchangies wallets are excluded from this distribution. It will take place on the block #6,165,760(~9:00 am utc+0, 23rd of August 2023).
2. The final text of voting variants will be published on the 23rd of August.
3. The voting will be launched after the proposal is published.
4. The voting will be held by using a “one time” token.
5. The voting will take 5 days from the beginning.
6. The results will be published in 1 day after the voting ends.
7. The chosen strategy will be implemented in 7 days from the voting results being published.
