We’re excited to roll out Enquire’s ReCharge integration. Shopify merchants using ReCharge to manage their customer subscriptions can now embed Enquire’s post-purchase survey onto Recharge’s order confirmation page.
For the past few months, we’ve been testing the integration with Lola, Pretty Litter, Keap, and a few other Shopify merchants using ReCharge. The results have been stunning with average survey conversion rates above 80%. To use the integration, simply install Enquire and follow the instructions below.
Installation
After you’ve successfully installed Enquire, click the Integrations tab. There you’ll see Recharge as an available option, click “More Info” to get your survey script.
Copy and paste your Enquire survey script into the Thank you page, Additional scripts & trackers section.
Finally, click “Enable” on the Integration page. *To note, you’ll need to setup a survey on your setting page prior to enabling .
