An interesting article in The New York Times, “Can controlling vehicles make streets safer and more climate friendly?”, describes the Swedish government’s measures since the truck terror attack that took place in Stockholm in April 2017 to install geofencing in vehicles, exploring the possibility that this may soon be mandatory, and not only to prevent terrorism and other crimes.
