Connect — Learn — Create — Change.

At EnRusk, we model ourselves around those four words. Not just with the people we work with but within our internal teams as well.

We are continually seeking new ways to form connections and better learn from each other, to create fantastic work and help change the world, which brings us to Medium.

Over the past few months, Medium has been a platform where members of the EnRusk team can write openly about the current state of education around the world. That’s still the plan going forward, just with some notable additions.

As EnRusk grows and expands and new minds join the team, we want to create a space to share their vast and exciting ideas, especially in relation to our four fundamental ideals. We want to hear from and speak to voices across all fields, not just education.

The EnRusk Medium page aims to become a place where creatives and interesting people can share their thoughts and insights and prototypes.

We even want to share unrefined ideas and unfinished stories and an effort to get audience feedback.

We create collectively.

Great ideas come about when we allow others to interact with them. Given that, we are not necessarily interested in the concept of publishing finished, polished work. For us, Medium is a platform to allow our publishers to try new things, share prototypes of their work, allowing the audience the space to feed into them.

What will this look like exactly?

Might it look like a two page deep dive into the state of culture in the world today? We’ll share it. Perhaps another team member wrote a poem they want people to see? We’ll share it. Our goal is to share anything that we feel might reach someone, somewhere and provide some spark of creativity.

As EnRusk continues to change and more new members come on board, our Medium page will be the place to share the voices.
