Exams can teach you lot more.

I was shocked as soon as I got to know that my college for the first time is letting students use laptop during the end term exams.

One can never expect that!

It was something we never expected our management would agree to, but as we believe miracles do happen and it really did. All thanks to our entrepreneurship faculty at XIME, Sijo Kuruvilla George who was able to convince the management towards taking this initiative.

Everyone was quiet happy that we need not prepare too much for the exam but the reality is that it’s even more tough to use your laptop during the exam and also manage your time because you keep doing a lot of things at the same time. You need to find answers online, read and write things that are actually important. It’s a time taking process. Unlike the other exams where you need to mug up the answers or understand and then put it on the paper, this exam helped us learn and put it down properly on the paper at the same time. As a student, couldn’t wish for anything better than this.

Entrepreneurship class has taught us a lot more that its tough to put it all into words. A great experience overall.

I hope XIME takes this initiative more seriously and let us have more tests like this.
