How to identify the Problem

To start something new it is important to find the problem and give it the right solution.

The most interesting session in the entire course was upon this topic, where you have mentioned how you identified various problems such as exchange of business cards, credit card expenditure billing,etc..

We understood that if we remove even a single step in the existing procedure, then that is a new solution to the problem or a shortcut to the solution.

Ex: The smartcam app which removed the only step in clicking pictures.
