Entale New Recruits! Left-Right (Olek, Saskia, Waverley, Italo, Kelly & Arielle)

2019 has been a standout year for Entale. Over the last 9 months, our innovative technology and podcast experience has been recognised across the audio world with:

- the first AI for podcast content, allowing users to dive deeper into the shows they love

- a Webby Award for our design smarts, highlighting our commitment to make podcasting a more visual medium

- new funding from our partners at DMG Ventures, allowing us to grow quicker and push our vision forward further

Of course, none of this would be possible without the fantastic team here at EntaleHQ, so it’s with an excited eye on 2020 that we’re delighted to welcome a half-dozen new recruits to the Entale team.

Our new hires will help the business develop in several key areas throughout the next 12 months, and represent a confident bet in the evolution of podcasting that we have successfully waged to date.

Bringing you exclusive content: Entale Studios

We are delighted to be rolling out our first slate of original content next year, and have hired our first executive producer, Saskia Edwards, who has joined us from the BBC, with Arielle Vetro as operations assistant. Our original slate will be designed to show you what unique stories can be told with the Entale format when great talent align with beautiful, hand-curated content.

The next Evolution of Entale AI

Having iterated on our contextual product throughout 2019, we are excited to push the bounds of what’s possible even further in 2020. Key to this, is developing a deeper understanding of the data that runs through the audio world, and so we are excited to bring on Olek Glowka as Entale’s first Lead Data Scientist. Olek will be tasked with using AI to automate the creation of our interactive podcast format so that it’s available across all shows.

Bringing Entale to a wider audience

We have been champing at the bit to develop Entale for Android devices, and as part of that charge we are adding more power to our engineering team, with Italo Morales and Kelly Ung joining our existing team in charging forward with the work required for this huge milestone.

And with so much development in the podcasting market over the course of 2019, it’s more important than ever that we make sure end-users get the chance to delve into the Entale experience, and we are excited to have Waverley Wong join us as Entale’s first Growth Marketing specialist, with exactly that target in sight.

There is so much more to come that we can’t even begin to get into, and so much that we haven’t even begun to think of yet — so please do stay tuned, and let us know what you’d like to see from Team Entale in the new year by dropping us a line at @entalehq or hello@entale.com.
