Troops, Growbot, Kore (+BONUS: Estherbot)

Troops (troops.ai)

What is it? A Slackbot for Sales teams

Who uses it? Splash, Dynamic Yield, G2 Crowd
Why is it better? Troops is faster than using a mobile app. Sales & Customer Success users can get Salesforce data and intelligent triggers to manage customer conversations from right within Slack

Growbot (growbot.io)

What is it? A team feedback bot — celebrate great work from within Slack
Who uses it? Starbucks, Intuit, and UnBounce
Why is it better? A single place to see all employee profiles, out of box appreciation keywords, and leaderboard capabilities

Kore (kore.com)

What is it? An enteprise bot and messaging platform with a large bot store, from the former Kony team
Who uses it? Starbucks, Intuit, and UnBounce
Why is it better? Lots of bots for different use cases and a platform that allows you to connect bots to extend the life of your current app investments

This week we’re sharing a 4th recommendation. Esther is CEO of Olabots in San Francisco and she turned her resume into a bot. Take a look!

Estherbot (estherbot.com)

What is it? A smart and quirky bot by Esther Crawford which reimagines “resumes” as a natural conversation between job seekers and recruiters.
Who uses it? Since Esther released the bot, thousands of folks have reached out. She’s just launched Olabots and I expect lots of interest in the product
Why is it better? It shows the potential of HR and Internal Communication bots that can be built within organizations without fancy programming
