Help me Grandmother
For I am sick
Layers of conditioning
and traumas kept
Show me what I’m missing
What I’m too blind to see
I need to face the truth
And set myself free
Gift me your guidance
So I can help myself heal
It’s time to lie down now
I am ready to feel
Into the darkness
and out through the light
More questions than answers
But I know I’ll be alright.
