Just a little mental stroll
Life
Chaotic circus
Ever moving
All the time
Just flying by
Without a care
People come and go
Busy with their lives
No time to stop
And feel the moment
Youth is a precious gift
Mind and body are one
Hope still tempts the soul
Dreams still stand within reach
The power of belief endures
Then time slips by
The clock ticks louder
The hours become years
Dreams are now memories
Youth is gone
Bones now creak
Pain is real
Hope remains

Life
I had to go to the doctor yesterday. Nothing major. Just the typical “Hey, you’re getting old” crap. New problems, more pills, same shit, different day. But on the bright side, it’s nothing life-threatening, so, yeah, we’ll focus on that.
