Hello, my lovelies, and Happy Friday the 13th. Yeah, I’m not superstitious about the date. I do want to say that

has some pretty cool prompts available on her publication, Dominium Tenebrarum.

There are a couple of them I’m thinking about trying out.

Since the first of the month, I’ve been trying to write something—anything — every day. And so far, I’ve done pretty well. I do have to admit that I did take one day off. I can’t remember which day exactly, but my brain needed a break.

I didn’t officially start this journey until the 2nd of June. However, I did do a freewrite in my online journal, so I’m counting that as day one. Since then, I’ve tried to write just a little something every day. I’ve managed to get all my other blogs updated, and I’m pretty happy with them. Plus, I’ve posted a few pieces here as well.

Then, last night, I did something I’ve been procrastinating about for months. I rewrote the first chapter of a book I’ve had in the…
