Entropy Bridge Chain
As of February 14, 2023, the Entropy Bridge service has been opened. Users can convert Entropy Network’s ENT coins to ETH Network’s ENT tokens (ERC-20) through this bridge. Conversely, you can also convert ENT tokens(ERC-20) from the ETH Network to ENT coins from the Entropy Network.
What is a blockchain bridge?
A blockchain bridge is a tool that lets you transfer assets from one blockchain to another, overcoming one of the pain points within blockchains — lacking interoperability. Blockchain-based assets are often not compatible with one another. Blockchain bridges create synthetic derivatives that represent an asset from another blockchain.
Why is Entropy Bridge Chain necessary?
Entropy coin can be used not only on the Entropy Network but also on various networks such as the ETH Network, resulting in the coin’s usability and scalability. In addition, through this service, networks with different consensus mechanisms can communicate and interconnect seamlessly.
How to use the service

Case 1: Entropy Chain → Ethereum Chain (Withdraw)
- Click “Connect Metamask”
2. Click “Metamask”
3. Click “Approve” and Switch the Network to “Entropy”

- Metamask settings -> Networks -> Add Network -> Enter network information
1. Network name: Entropy Chain
2. New RPC URL: https://rpc.entropynetwork.io
3. Chain ID: 11808
4. Currency symbol: ENT
4. When you connect Metamask, you can check the number of ENT coins you have in the “Balance” section.
In “Quantity,” write the amount you want to convert from the “Balance” to ENT tokens on the Ethereum Chain.
*The “Quantity” cannot be greater than the quantity in “Balance”.
In “Recipient Address,” “Current Wallet Address” will be displayed by default. Please put in the withdrawal wallet address if you want to transfer the converted ENT tokens to another wallet.
After completing all the above steps, please click the “Transfer Now” button.
5. Click “Confirm”
6. When the transaction is completed, you will see the screen above. To check the transaction history, click “View on Entropyscan”. Click “Close” after checking the transaction history.
7. If you change the network to “ETH Mainnet”, you can check the converted ENT (ERC-20) token.
Case 2: Ethereum Chain → Entropy Chain (Deposit)
- Click “Connect Metamask”
2. Click “Metamask”. Ethereum Network is basically registered with Metamask, so your wallet will be connected right away.
3. When you connect Metamask, you can check the number of ENT tokens you have in the “Balance” section.
In “Quantity,” write the amount you want to convert from the “Balance” to ENT coins on the Entropy Chain.
*The “Quantity” cannot be greater than the quantity in “Balance”.
In “Recipient Address,” “Current Wallet Address” will be displayed by default. Please put in the withdrawal wallet address if you want to transfer the converted ENT tokens to another wallet.
After completing all the above steps, please click the “Transfer Now” button.
4. Click “Confirm”
※Gas fee is required to perform this process. Therefore, you must have a small amount of ETH in your wallet.
5. When the transaction is completed, you will see the screen above. To check the transaction history, click “View on Etherscan”. Click “Close” after checking the transaction history.
6. If you change the network to “Entropy”, you can check the converted ENT coin.

- Bookmark the Entropy Bridge URL — Never enter your Private Key or Seed Phrase on any website!
Layer and Bridge fees
- Additional layer and bridge fees are applied when transferring assets between chains.
Check the receiver address
- Due to the nature of the blockchain, transactions cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed, and are thereby irreversible. Please double check that the receiver address is correct before proceeding.
