Essence, the study of the essence we all need in life.

You are born totally dependent, becoming an equal adult totally independent taking care of the depending, then will be depending again, when old. Still, you will always depend on the knowledge you get. If you do not get the knowledge you need, you can die.

Homo Sapiens depend on the knowledge they get.

Homo Sapiens has the features of speech, art, handling more of the same species, and collective knowledge. We depend on truth (Christian, and Baker, N.D.). Also, we depend on how well we humans will do science, evidence-based arguments, and making informed decisions (Hachmer, 2020).

We need to know what we truly depend on, and study the essence of all people truly need at all times and find the scientific laws.

Only the absolutes are true, theories are not yet the truth. It is why I started the academic field Big Humanity, a part of Big History, where we translate scientific laws into daily life.

The essence is something you can use for yourself, personally, in your business to make your business more sophisticated and more true, more correct and safe for people, and really, not just an idea.

You can also use this as an academic skill, knowing all the essence we first need to do, human rights, ethics, sciences, and all other academic skills, and even Social-Emotional Learning. Plus honor codes, good examples, and higher literacy, because that drops the crime rate and cleans the work floors.

The essence is in Big Humanity a part of the academic skills, studying what we truly need to know, first, before we do anything. What we truly need, so we will live best. And what all people need, because we are human, and we depend on that.

Also, this Essence can lead to ombudscycles and tribunals, so everyone still gets their human rights, and so we work on the mistakes, the crimes, the damages at and through work, so they never happen again. All professions can join all ombudscycles, as all people must know and do human rights, at all times. And people themselves without judges do the tribunals when people, like governments, lose sovereignty because they violated human rights.

Also, you can join One World for the Ombudscycles (OWO) divisions I created, all human rights articles will have a division, and there will be the essence division and some others. There are also the competence divisions, working on the study and human rights law and duty that every person is competent, also children. So, we never take that right away, and do our duty, help children get their human rights, and respect them as competent and help them get their wishes done. From the child is competent, we have the adult is competent, which is the same, only the human rights duty is kids first and family first, but does not mean any other can be neglected or denied their human rights. So, I made this the first division, of OWO divisions, so we work firstly on human rights, but even more first, on the fact, everyone has them, beyond equality, simply because we are competent. Which does not mean article one counts less, in the human rights all human rights count at the same time, but to stress the fact children and all human are competent, which is the start of the human rights, and what equality also means.

My company Essence, I started in 2017, and is in Den Hague, it is an environmental psychology consultancy, but I also create this Essence study as an academic skill/ academic field, and big humanity as an academic field, and have more functions. The main job is finding the essence we all need, and help people study the essence in life, and add this knowledge to their lives, businesses, and show them all they can do with it, like the ombudscycles.

I work hard on all the details of the total plan, I also work on the growing up club, and management of companies, and the entire work field.

I am a BSc Health Science student, to be MD/psychologist, at the same time, also working at the moment on covid19, since the beginning of the outbreak.
