We are the anti-recruitment agency. When we started Envol Strategies two years ago, we put a stake in the ground and took a clear stance on contingent recruitment.

Coming out of the agency recruitment world, Brianna was very clear that there had to be a better way to help companies grow than contingent recruitment. When we partner with companies, we offer a sustainable In-Sourced Recruitment solution.

The reality is that most companies won’t need our help forever. In fact, we start all of our new partnerships with a conversation stating exactly that: eventually, you will (and should) outgrow us! Our goal is leave our partners and our clients better than we found them — even when they move on from working with us.
