Tip of the Week: Add private notes to visitor entries

Our Tip of the Week segment highlights some of the product features within Envoy that our customers have found very helpful. Enjoy!

Interested in recording or verifying any information about your visitors? Our private notes feature is here to assist!

Here are a few of the most common ways that our customers use this feature:

• Confirm that ID was checked: list visitor DOB or driver’s license number
• List keycard number or visitor pass number
• Record parking space number, car color/license plate number

How to add private notes to visitor entries

1. Go to Dashboard > Visitors.
2. Navigate to the visitor entry to which you’d like to add notes. Click on the entry to open it.
3. Locate the private notes field and type in your notes.
4. Click “Save.”
