Tip of the Week: How to customize your dashboard

Our Tip of the Week segment highlights some of the product features within Envoy that our customers have found very helpful. Enjoy!

We’ve built the Envoy dashboard to be a powerful tool that shows, amongst other things, a real-time list of visitor sign-ins. But did you know that you can easily customize the information displayed to fit your company’s needs?

How to customize your dashboard

Your dashboard will always display the visitor’s name and their photo or monogram. Otherwise, you can click on the column headers to select which information to display, including the following:

• NDA status
• Host notification status
• Signed in time
• Sign out button/signed out time
• Purpose of visit
• Host’s name
• Custom information corresponding with iPad sign-in fields (like the visitor’s company name, ID number, etc)
