Tip of the Week: How to download visitor data by date range

Our Tip of the Week segment highlights some of the product features within Envoy that our customers have found very helpful. Enjoy!

Need to pull visitor data for a specific date range for audit purposes or general reporting? We’ve got you covered.

1. Go to Dashboard > Analytics.
2. Under visitor history, locate the date range field.
3. Click on the date range field. From the dropdown calendar, select the date range you wish to export.

4. Click “Export CSV for this range,” and your CSV spreadsheet will download automatically.

As you can see, you also have the option to download data from the previous 30 days or the previous 30–60 days.
