Tip of the Week: How to sign out visitors from the dashboard

In our previous post, we explained how you can use our self sign-out feature to allow visitors to sign themselves out. However, you can also sign out visitors directly from the dashboard as well.

How to sign visitors out from the web dashboard

Sign out a single visitor

1. Go to Dashboard > Visitors.
2. Locate the visitor you’d like to sign out.

Alternatively, you can always click the ellipsis (…) icon to the right of the visitor information, and click “sign out.”

Sign out multiple visitors at once

1. Go to Dashboard > Visitors.
2. Locate the visitors you’d like to sign out, and click the box to the left of the visitor’s photo/monogram.
3. Click “sign out” and all selected visitors will be signed out.

Tip: You can click every check box, or just one, hold shift and click the last entry on your list to select multiple at once.
