AdWords Express accelerates notifications for calls from search ads
After launching goal tracking back in 2016, this year Google AdWords Express came up with something new. Advertisers can now rate calls and be notified of missed calls. Isn’t it great?
Google AdWords Express is the publicity product that mechanically manages your online ads, without the need for each day management or tasks. AdWords Express, the streamlined ad platform designed for small business, is adding support around calls with two types of call notifications.
Now, when a call received by the means of search ad ends, the advertiser will get a notification on their phone to leave feedback about the call relevancy. Further, the feedback will be transported to Google, to improve the services if required.
The other one is the pop-up from the AdWords Express app notifying the advertiser that the call was missed. These features can be set to use by going into the AdWords Express app and choosing in for Account Updates within Settings.
