In order to participate in the WPS, a user must pledge 100 EOS to submit a proposal, and it’s also important to emphasize the fact that this amount is not reimbursable and will be used to replenish the WPS treasury.
By making the WPS active, the network will be able to achieve so much more, because independent developers will be able to receive funding and work more efficiently for a particular goal.
