Make AI Ethical? Evolve it through mortality.

Mortality is what makes lifeforms cooperative, without mortality there is no sex, there is no other, there is only unlimited me, and those threatening my scarce resources. For AI to become AGI it must become mortal, to evolve civility organically, not via instruction by an external god. Mortality is the imperative for developing divinity, the god within, the godhead.
Mortality is used in its ephemeral term: will die, not can die.
