After agribusiness collapses, pandemics, geomagnetic excursions, solar flare radiation and electromagnetic pulses, “limited” tactical nuclear warfare, bio-warfare, chemical warfare, and geopolitical consolidation, a lot of real estate goes unoccupied, sometimes for excellent reasons.

It’s noticeably part of everyday life.
