A company has to develop various marketing and sales strategies to reach its customer base. With the advent of social media, you have to determine what social media platforms your customers interact on. For instance, if your product or service is for corporate clients and other professionals, then LinkedIn is your best bet. If it is for trendy female undergraduates who want to wear the latest and look like runway models, then Instagram is your go to channel.

  • Their purchase journey

The customer’s journey is important for a company’s marketing strategy. It involves the process from the time a buyer identifies the need to the time a justified decision to buy is made. Marketing campaigns have to be centered around this lifecycle.
