Epycly VM Image Update

Today we released a new update to the base image used by our virtual machines.

The new updated image will be used for all new VM launches but does not apply to existing VMs (which we never modify).

Updates, Enhancements and Fixes:

• Upgrade all installed packages
• Upgrade to Linux Kernel 4.15.7
• Disable swap by default
• Do not require password for sudo
• Cleanup unused packages and data

By disabling swap and removing unused packages we were able to reduce the initial used disk space to 1.5 gigabytes, a savings of 1 gigabyte.
