Are women human?
Once upon a time, a father of four and husband of several was born. He was born during The Age of Men; a time when women’s economic, physical and spiritual freedom was controlled by the male. When this wealthy kid reached legal age and bought his first real property, women - based on gender - did not qualify to buy real estate. A female could own property in the U.S. and many countries since the 1800’s, but if you were born female, the bank would not give you the loan to buy your own home. It wasn’t until the mid-1970’s with the passing of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, when a female was permitted to obtain a loan without a male’s signature.
This is life for women. Maybe you were born in 2000 — if not, ain’t no way you are woke. Women are aware of the inherent prejudice in hetero society yet still play the role. One hundred decades of a male dominated society will take many more generations to correct. I trust the young women of today are not as susceptible to the pressures in society to be the best female you can be. We are human first. What identity you choose to present the world after the human part is up to you. A good mind will lead any young woman to success in life. A good body, great hair, and coiffed eyebrows are fleeting. Be a kind individual first, then let your choices fall into place next. Lead with smarts — your brain will always be there while your physical self can be taken away from you in a second.
Once upon a time, a friend was incensed that the guys at the bar didn’t give her credit for being an Economics major and knowing her shit. I let her know that she needed to change how she led into these first encounters. Present what you want recognized foremost, that will dictate your treatment from that moment forward. If you let your tits arrive before your true self, then your rack small or large will lead the interaction. Yet if the twinkle in your eye, ability to listen and focus is given a chance, surely a meeting of the minds will most likely unfold. Some of us are born pleasure models, book worms, athleticos, Presidents, Jokers, broken, driven, wrong, etc. We are born; we discover who we might be and then we take it from there.
Women are human. There should never have been an Age of Men. There should never have been an Age of White Men. There is a way to level this global social imbalance: black vs. white, poor vs. rich, male vs. female, young vs. old, able bodied vs. different…. Perchance the view from an EMT’s eyes, or the altruistic efforts of a nurse could provide the answers? This writer has no idea, but I do know, a leveling is in store. In many countries, military service is required for two years for the men, does this maybe teach compassion? The earth, you and me, your neighbors, the KKK, the Pope, those people who live on the Amazon River and even Trump are all one. We are dependent on this earth and each other to help it’s powers and beauty explode with all the answers and remedies. We have been given a gift to gently with consent exploit and by being kind and curious with each other — we can find the truths necessary to help everyone thrive.
Currently, if you are a female and planning on voting for Trump — you will be that anomaly in history seeking punishment. A mother, a homemaker, or a caregiver should always be an active choice for any woman, but never the only choice. The age of Trump has already clarified the role of women in his society; the Jeffrey Epstein’s of America will rejoice. Your daughters, sisters and female friends will remain fodder for sex traffickers and upper echelon mysoginists. We can all be confident that if he wins over V.P. Kamala Harris, further progress for womankind will be trampled, raped and buried for future young female Americans. As Project 2025 heralds the rights of all will be put into question, unless you are white, male and drink the Trumpade. If you are black, hispanic or of a different faith no matter your gender, don’t fool yourself — there is no room for you in the age of Trump. You are not welcome, worthy or human in his world. You will have no economic or public leverage under Project 2025; you will be deported even if you own property, pay taxes or seek asylum.
Please do yourself a favor and read Project 2025, examine if you are ok with your creepy neighbor leering at your budding daughters, your taxes going up, legal immunity for the wealthy, government in your communication and financial records, and violence incentivized. If all of that is good for you — by all means, vote for Trump. If not, please vote for any other party candidate or just don’t.
