Creating your first CL position
In this demonstration, we are going to mint and stake liquidity for the WFTM/lzUSDC pool. However, the same principles apply for all the different pairs that are incorporated with ICHI.
To begin, ensure that you have Wrapped Fantom (WFTM) in your wallet.
If you’re already equipped with WFTM, feel free to proceed directly to step 2.
Step 1:
Head over to equalizer.exchange and wrap your FTM in one quick transaction. Simply swap from FTM to WFTM. Remember to leave at least a couple of FTM unwrapped at all times, as you will need it to pay for gas.
Step 2:
Now, let’s head over to our Concentrated Liquidity interface:

You can also visit the CL user interface straight from the Equalizer website menu: Liquidity → Concentrated Liquidity Farms
Connect your Metamask/Web3 wallet and click on the Mint button for the wFTM-lzUSDC pool (more pairs will be added gradually).
Input the amount you want to add or simply click the ‘Balance’ text to autofill your whole WFTM balance, then click on Mint again.
Grant allowance to the contract to spend your selected WFTM amount. 👇
A new transaction pop-up will show up as soon as the previous approval confirms. Proceed to confirm it:
Step 3:
Now that the deposit is confirmed, you are now ready to stake your position into the gauge and earn EQUAL rewards!
To deposit your entire LP in the gauge, just click on the ‘Stake’ button, followed by ‘Stake all’. Similar to the previous step, you’ll need to initially grant allowance and then deposit. Here’s how:
🎉That’s it! You’re now actively earning EQUAL rewards at the APR showcased on the CL interface!
Exiting your LP and collecting rewards
You have the freedom to withdraw at any time that suits you. Furthermore, there are no restrictions on how frequently you can claim your EQUAL rewards. Let’s take a look at a concise visual guide:
The WFTM-lzUSDC Concentrated Liquidity pool is strategically engineered to optimize conversion into WFTM. Upon redemption, you may find a minor portion of your initial deposit returned in lzUSDC. Rest assured, no fees are deducted for either deposits or withdrawals.
