Equilibrium Partners with Talisman for EQ and EQD Stablecoin Support
We’re excited to announce our latest partnership featuring Talisman! Talisman brings its wallet solution into the Equilibrium ecosystem, allowing users to leverage their assets in new ways. Equilibrium now supports EQD and EQ token storage in the Talisman wallet and allows asset transfer through a Talisman wallet connection.
Talisman developed a user-friendly Web3 wallet that hastens future blockchain user acceptance and integration into the Polkadot ecosystem. The platform simplifies Polkadot and Kusama parachains exploration, enabling users to leverage these services for Web3 use. Talisman offers a comprehensive user experience with added asset security, allowing for quick and easy signing transactions. Its browser extension enables users to access the Polkadot ecosystem by:
- Simplifying dApp connection
- Allowing users to store their tokens and view their balance
- Supporting simplified Polkadot and Kusama wallet import
- Allowing users to create and manage accounts
Talisman’s partnership with Equilibrium will enable users to interact with the Equilibrium ecosystem while exposing EQD and EQ token holders to DotSama.
The Talisman web app is among the first interaction points between users and the Polkadot ecosystem. Access to the web app is free, allowing users to view and interact with digital assets issued across various Parachains. As more blockchain solutions increasingly build on Polkadot or Kusama, Talisman prepares its users to support blockchain growth by encouraging cross-chain participation. Equilibrium’s latest partnership will attract users from Talisman to the DeFi-centric platform.

EQD Stablecoin

EQD use cases extend beyond Equilibrium through its extensive connections with other networks in the Polkadot ecosystem via XCM.
