We’ve Reached Our Phase 1 Hardcap, But It’s Not Too Late To Participate
The first phase of our parachain lease offering is off to a great start: we’ve already reached the 250,000 DOT hardcap for our token swap! But this doesn’t mean that it’s closed.
If you didn’t participate in our token swap yet and you still want to, don’t succumb to the FOMO: even though we’ve reached our hardcap, you can still get in on our PLO. There are several causes of this opportunity:
- Participants who chose the minority lease period (e.g. they chose 12 months and the community overall chose 24) may still opt out and withdraw their DOT before the token swap ends, opening up new slots.
- Whitelisted users continue to have priority over those who aren’t. Some of them can still decide to participate closer to the end of the swap.
- Furthermore, some users may simply decide not to participate in the swap at all and request to withdraw their DOT from the process. If and when this happens, we will be able to get some more users in on the swap at the last minute.
- As a reminder, we are offering great bonuses up to 25% in EQ tokens depending on how much DOT a user commits to the swap. It’s not too late to get on board!
Furthermore (this is super important!), users who have already swapped their DOT for EQ should log in to their accounts to make sure that they chose either a 12-month or 24-month lease period.
