Costume Day, Faculty of Law 2023 Pt. 1
After spending seven years studying a five-year course, The Stellar Class of ’21 is finally leaving us! Their costume day yesterday was filled with an astounding level of creativity and humour.
It was evident that people spent time and money creating their fits and everyone was a banger, back to back. Here are some of the costumes that caught our eye:
- Agba Awo
001! Jagunlabi of the Faculty! Of course, this was the first costume we noticed. The president of the faculty showed up as the real Agba and killed it.
2. Harley Quinn
Definitely had the best costume entrance. The bike? The bat? The flawless makeup? What’s 4+4 please because she ate!
3. Angel
She looks so pure and sweet. The real embodiment of an angel. Love to see it.
4. Mummy
Eunice! I have no words.
5. Eyo
Oshey, Akoka Gangs of Lagos! I admire the dedication because you must have been drowning under that outfit.
6. Tinkerbell
Pretty woman in a pretty outfit. Delicate and sweet just like Tinkerbell. A fave!
7. Sniper, High-Rise Invasion
As an anime fan, I was so hyped to see this. The execution is perfect. 10 out of 10.
8. Witch
The baddest witch of the West. The body is body-ing and the outfit is perfect.
9. Joe Goldberg
If you’ve seen ‘YOU’, you’ll know how spot-on his costume is. Executed perfectly.
10. Sabi Girl
It’s giving Aliyah-core. It’s giving sability is the opposite of disability (layiwasabi, iykyk). Beautiful!
11. Palmpay Agents
“Mo n je palmpay lowo. Mo n je Airtel lowo.” This was one of the most hilarious costumes. Love it!
12. Velma and Daphne
Such beautiful babes and beautiful outfits. Too much beauty in one picture.
13. John Wicks
Also giving men in black. Classy. Simple. Cool.
14. Mrs. Incredible
I was staring at her throughout. Such perfection! Top-tier costume on a top-tier babe.
15. Mummy G.O
The dedication to carry the tambourine though. Love it! And the outfit? So accurate.
