Working on such a great project, Green Terra, is an honor to meet so many friendly and open-minded people. The subject of the project was about HoReCa and the protection of the environment, which made us realize how harmful some little habits can be to environmental health and how wasteful we can become when it comes to free materials and goods.

Firstly, we talked about environmental problems, which was the main topic. We learned a lot about food waste and water pollution, as well as methods to protect our world from this type of danger in an environmentally friendly way. Also, we got to see nature and the extensive forests around the hotel that we were staying in, in Bansko, in order to understand the importance of deforestation and tree’s abuse.

Secondly, we discussed a lot about HoReCa, which was the second main topic, which made us realize how important it is to stop wasting the offerings we get from the Hotel, no matter what its substance, either food or sope, etc. Everyone should appreciate the hotel’s services and avoid getting greedy with them. There are people in need that are suffering and would beg for the things that we call “trash”.

In conclusion, after this project, I can see the environment as nature’s gift, which should be appreciated by everyone no matter what. I will use the teamwork and communication skills I developed during this time, to help the world become a better, healthier, and more pleasant place for us to live in. HoReCa and environmental protection are on top.
