The opportunity to join such a project can help you become more mature and creative. I had the opportunity to share my ideas and thoughts about several topics.

The first day we got to know each other better and did some team-building activities. We got informed about the good practices from all continents in the field of mental health.

The next day, we analysed what exactly mental health is and we managed to understand the topic better. Also, we had presentations about different mental illnesses in order to get more information about each one of them. We listened tosome podcasts about how you can experience a mental health issue. Last but not least, we got informed about stigma. Especially, about the social and self-stigma of mental illness.

On the fourth day of the project, we had the chance to learn more things about how to react in specific cases, how to ask for help and support. Also, understanding the importance of positive mental health and a healthy lifestyle was a part of the project.

Additionally, the mobile app that we are going to use was introduced to us by the Cyprus team.

Finally, on the last day, we had the final evaluation and preparation for the Europass mobility certificate. In order to end the project we had some activities for mental health so we can see our improvement.
