A little about us

Hello!

You may have guessed it, but our name’s are Eric and Jessica. Currently residing outside of Boston, we had previously spent a great deal of time in Boston, and decided to step outside of our comfort zone! The determining factor of where to move was…hmm…where in Mass had the best places to eat, of course. Jessica and I come from humble beginnings. Both of middle class families where an excellent scratch meal was on the table each night. I believe this is where our love and appreciation of good food all started. I know growing up in my house, you just didn’t see canned food.

Let me be clear, Jessica and I are not chefs and do not work in the food or travel industry. I’m the CEO of a tech company called FoundationLab and Jessica is a Psychiatric RN case manager in the North Shore Area. We are decent home cooks, but are always looking to elevate our food, of course trying to make everything from scratch.

Over the course of our almost 12 months of dating, we have dined at quite a few exceptional restaurants in multiple areas around the world. We had danced around the idea of starting a foodie and travel blog to document our experiences, and so here we are. We are hoping others can get some value out of our posts as well! We are always looking for recommendations so please share!
