Should Private Data Be Treated Legally as Private Physical Property ?

We have moved into the Quantum Society. The biggest threats to society are invisible: viruses and the extraction of private human data.

We have experts constantly improving the way we deal with pandemics and diseases, but are the experts on data in the omnipresent and powerful tech companies ethical when extracting private data? I am afraid not.
