a small lake nearby which I had never seen on any map.
although I was in the middle of nowhere, there were pieces of art everywhere. I asked one of the kids in front of the stadium who the artist was, because there was a familiar noire to the abstracts and they shook their heads and said something about a pig on ice. 🐷
The youth around the stadium at some point in the conversation pointed upwards and asked what the raven meant, if it was good or bad luck. The conversation shifted over to god. It wasn’t as entirely Christian god, this one, but rather an attempt to mix local customs with some higher authority. One kid mentioned how the world was a dream and that to wake up was divine. Another said that the world was very real but god was a trickster, like the raven, and if you were good he would answer your prayers but never how you wanted; for example if you asked him for more time on earth he would give it to you but freeze you and the world and so nothing could be done. You could think said another kid. They all laughed. I didnt get it
at one point I thought her delirious as she mumbled something about a god drug that made you feel whole again. Now I think she was only fucking with my mind
