Blockexplorer Updated: What’s new?

Just recently in the latest Monthly Update, we hinted that the Essentia Blockexplorer will soon get a full-blown makeover. So, today is the day we share what exactly was changed: from the design to functionality. If interested, keep on reading.

Design

Probably the first thing you’ll notice will be a totally renewed design. We tried our best to, first of all, consider all the suggestions of our community and create the design that will be highly functional, yet extremely easy and intuitive to use.

One of the most popular feedbacks we got was to implement the Dark Theme — so we did it! The theme can now be changed in the top right corner of the page.

Functionality

Traditionally, in the Blockexplorer, you can find all the detailed information regarding the Essentia blockchain, including specific blocks, connections, blockchain height, Essentia node info, status, and a lot more.

However, let’s get into what sections were updated.

Now you can see and check the info about the latest transactions performed on the blockchain.

Just choose the transaction you are interested in, click on it and receive the necessary information about it, such as size, fee, the block it’s included in, the time it was sent and received, etc.

After we launched our mainnet quite a lot of our users decided to set up the masternodes (and thank you for your support!). That said, the MN owners needed a place where they can easily monitor their nodes — status, active time, tx hash, address. You do all that in the Masternodes monitoring tab. You can also check the number of the Mercury and Mars masternodes on the network.

Use the Essentia blockexplorer to easily send your signed transactions.
