Essentia Partners with Blockacademy

Essentia’s primary aim has always been to increase awareness and to promote blockchain technology all around the world. We truly believe that decentralization is the future and we are moving towards that vision with every step and every development continue to make.

Hence, we are delighted and proud to announce that Essentia has partnered with Blockacademy — an institution dedicated to education in the blockchain sphere through immersive practical courses in different cities across Europe.

We are also honored to announce that the Essentia team is both involved in the organization of each Blockacademy course but will also consist part of the teaching crew! Nikolay Hryshchenkov, our technical team lead, and Oksana Zaharchuk, our automatizations and computer-integrated technology engineer, are sharing their skills and knowledge with the students of the course.

Blockacademy’s piloting course in Kyiv, Ukraine was a massive success — 25 participants gathered to obtain all the skills they required to launch a career in blockchain development. After teachers demonstrated how to build a blockchain from scratch, students were offered a practical workshop where they had to write their own smart contracts.

The next course is taking place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on March 2–3. The course is more practical than ever and it aims to provide all the necessary tools and skills to create entire blockchains from the ground up, including the creation of decentralized apps (dApps), and much more!

Here’s a short agenda:

- Blockchain from a technical point of view.

- Consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, dPoS, etc).

- How to work with blockchain (blockchain nodes, API).

- Decentralized storages (IPFS, StorJ).

- Settings of the blockchain (Smart contracts, VM).

- Practical workshop: the development of decentralized applications.
