Components of Social Networking

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog!

My name is WenJie. I’m a Sophomore at University at Buffalo, major in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources Management. I have decided to have my research topic base on building a strong Social Network. How to build a strong network? What’s the benefit? and Why do we need a social network?

Social Networking is a critical element that is fundamental for not only business but also in any other field. Having strong network will provide you with greater resources, opportunities, and connections. Building social network can begin as simple as connecting with people on social media, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and etc. It can also be as close to getting to know your classmates, professors, faculty members, and even your friend’s friend. By building a powerful networking, it gives you the opportunity and chance to get in touch with more experience. My philosophy of work majority focuses on the fulfillment of human desire. In able to achieve human desire, you have to be at a certain level of success, and a strong network will provide you with a wider range of relationships, resources, connections to achieve your success more efficiently.

Anyone can benefit from learning and building network. No matter who you are, what you looking for, or what you planning on achieving or pursue. A good connection between you and others is always the 1st steps. For instance, you might want to work on a project, however, you don’t know where to start, but a friend of yours knows someone is working on the same project and might be able to introduce you to join the project. That’s the beauty of having connections and networking, you get more accessibility.

Some of the aspects of learning that can be corporate into the process to further develop the skill and the research in the next few weeks can include but not limited to observation, reflect back to past experience, extra time and efforts, planning and definitely, start with the most fundamental basics. Primary and secondary resources will be done for research purposes to provide a more solidify evidence. And let’s get started!!!
