All we want for Christmas is…. A Waves/DoD party!
In the words of Mariah, “we don’t want a lot for Christmas,” but what about just one more extravaganza? Are you ready for a final DoD collaboration before the end of the year, can we get a hell yeah?! Well either way, gather your most elaborate Christmas jumper, because we are excited to announce we are co-hosting a Christmas Market themed meet-up and party at Factory Berlin with Waves Platform on 11th December 2019 and we invite all the community to join for some blockchain and gluhwein!
Berlin is world renowned for both its Christmas market scene and its Blockchain community, so we decided to combine the two together and we are co-hosting the FIRST blockchain Christmas market with an evening of talks and presentations, raffles, games, live music, AND a cocktail party to end the evening off. We will be announcing speakers in the days to come, all we can say is… there are some key projects and community members attending.
As you know, after ETHBerlinZwei, some of the DoD team have been working with other projects to support their events and give them the ETHBerlin touch. We are super happy to be working with a project that supported us in August, and we look forward to hearing all their exciting developments. During the past year, Waves have been researching and working hard on their new platform to ensure it meets developer needs. Now they are ready to jump into the spotlight once again, and alongside this team, we’ll be inviting projects from all over the ecosystem to talk and discuss the 2019 accomplishments together. The event will feature some of the most promising projects from the Waves ecosystem presenting their achievements and updates.
That is not all either. To end the evening, our very own Department of Parties has been conspiring to ensure we end the day with a bang (and also help you dance the gluhwein off) to some live music and DJs.
