Hackathon Staking Guide 📘 — How to deposit 79 USDC on Optimism

Thank you so much for your interest in the Ethcon Korea 2023 Hackathon! 🚀 To support your participation, we’ve specially prepared a ‘Staking Guide’ document for you.

(In order to participate in the hackathon, you must stake on Blocklive after being whitelisted. For whitelist registration, please check the bottom of the previous article.)

Before going into the details, here’s a simplified 3-step explanation for depositing 79 USDC on Blocklive.

1. Transfer ETH from Ethereum to Optimism using the Optimism Bridge : You’ll need 79 USDC worth of ETH + Gas Fee to send transactions on Optimism
2. Exchange ETH for 79 USDC using a DEX like Uniswap on the Optimism network
3. Deposit 79 USDC on Blocklive
