We’re excited to announce the latest phenomenal member of Etheal’s board of advisors, Roberto Medrano, executive in the information technology field of cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, governance, compliance, software, cloud, SOA/API management and enterprise architecture.

Mr. Medrano was one of the top 100 Sr. Executives at Hewlett Packard as General Manager of HP Software, where he served a vital role as head of HP’s key strategic emerging businesses in Internet security, middleware, management, web services, CRM, and E-commerce. He also served as CEO of PoliVec, leader in security policy, as president of Finjan, a leading security software firm, vice president of Milkyway Networks (IPO 1996), a firewall pioneer, VP at Avnet Inc. and an executive at Sun Microsystems Inc.

He is a cybersecurity pioneer, working in the early phases of the firewall, content security, and security policy. He brings his extensive experience as a consultant in the areas of blockchain, cloud and software, as well as a strong network in Silicon Valley to the Etheal team.

In 2014, Mr. Medrano was ranked the #12 CMO worldwide by ExecRank. Medrano has also been selected as one of “The 100 most influential Hispanics in the US.”
