Three years ago, while we were building our digital agency, Artisan Marketing, we had an epiphany: we realized that even the most successful marketing campaigns only reach 1 million people.

We wanted to go deeper, to do something more meaningful. With the emergence of blockchain we saw an opportunity. We realized that we could upend the world of healthcare and improve the lives of 1 billion people around the world. We started to build a plan to overcome one of healthcare’s biggest challenge, trust, by introducing complete, automated transparency.

Since that moment, we’ve worked tirelessly night and day to build a community, raise funds and build an amazing platform to make this possible, because in the end, we believe that no one should be limited from accessing the treatment that they need due to lack of information.

We’re well on our way in the Etheal roadmap to creating a global index of treatments and health providers, reviewed and rated by trusted peers.

Trust and AidCoin

On our crypto global tour, we’ve had the opportunity to meet countless amazing entrepreneurs, innovators and thinkers in the crypto-space. At the BTC conference in Miami, we spoke with Francesco Nazari Fusetti, CEO of AidCoin, a coin built to boost another market hampered by trust issues.

43% of people don’t trust charities.

This is the statistic that AidCoin aims to change, by becoming the preferred utility token of the non-profit sector. Francesco believes that by using distributed ledgers to track transactions, cryptocurrencies to transfer funds and smart contracts to ensure donations are spent correctly, non-profits can ensure transparency and resolve the challenge of trust.
