Let’s recap on what was going on in Etheremon over the last 2 weeks and what is coming next! Next feature timeline info is at the end of this blog.

1. Halloween event ended with all 7 Spookaboos being caught to revive “Dead” Mons. Big congratulations to every lucky Mon-seekers who got for yourself a new rare Mon, especially for those who able to revive the favourite Ruffski and Barkindle.

2. Tokyo meetup on 31 October

We are very thankful to receive massive support from our Japanese community in our recent meetup held in Ginza, Tokyo on 31 Oct. This is our 3rd meetup in Japan with over 70 Japanese fans gathering, organized by Tai Kitamura, our JP marketing manager.

The event was a great chance for us to update our JP community about Etheremon current progress and events, especially the Adventure Game Mode. Over 15,000 Adventure games played within just 2 months since the release is an important milestone for the game, which shows how well our fans have responded to this feature and will also enable us to push for bigger plan around this game mode in the future.

We also welcomed many partners, medias and game developers to our event. We hope to meet everybody soon and to host more events for our community in the near future.

3. Adventure Site voting

Adventure fee still stays at 0.01 ETH/EMONT after new fee voting consolidation on 1st November as most site hosts agree with the current fee. All votes can be found here. The next fee update will take place on 1st December (UTC+0), please submit your votes if you want to change the Adventure fee before that date.

4. “My Journey in Etheremon” sharing by our community members

We always love to hear what our community has to say and we realized that so far, it has mainly revolved around game features, suggestions, bugs and the in-game economy. We believe everyone in our community has their own unique story with the game over the last 1 year and we decided to run a small event in our Discord to call for these personal stories. We are thrilled to receive many heartfelt stories from our players that reminds us of every moment in the amazing journey we had so far. With all the encouragement and trust from our community, we will continue working hard to deliver more great features to Etheremon.

“I really enjoyed seeing the growth of the game, its economy and the new fantastic people I met, the deals I made, the trades I concluded. The experience is great!”

“Etheremon was quite interesting, the first thing that stood out was the very active community with both the developer team and many heart warming community members that’s almost always there to answer question on their discord. In fact, not just about the game, surprisingly effective, their discord is a place for reporting bugs. It is probably one of the only game I have ever seen where developers are solving bugs almost immediately. This is what gave us the most confidence about the development team. They are so actively involved and paying attention to feedback as well as taking bugs and glitches very very seriously. In fact for the 8 months I have been watching, I have never ever seen a bug that lasted more then 1 hour before something was done about it.”
- Idon (read full blog here)

“Despite the grizzly way we treated each other on the battlefield, I found the community of Etheremon players active on the Discord channel to be quite friendly. Everyone was just trying to turn their gameplay time into money — trying to live that revolutionary concept enabled by blockchain gaming”
- Wakaris (read full blog here)

5. Badges for #1,2,3 catch Mons were refined to make the first catches stand out better.

Achievement System (coming soon)

We are expecting to release the long-awaited Achievement System end of November. This feature will give everyone chance to conquer more challenges in game and gain rewards. We will also add a tutorial quest to guide our newbies through all the game features and understand how things function in a decentralized app.

Thanks for reading! To get more updates like this, join our community today!

With love ❤
