A week in Ethereum Cat Herders — 25th Feb 2019

Another week of Ethereum Cat Herders is here. It was mixed with sorrow and joy. Perhaps you must know that Afri Schoedon, lead developer of Parity and one of the founder members of ECH group decided to quit Ethereum and move on. He was actively involved into Ethereum blockchain development, coordinating hard-forks, building testnets, and supporting the community. As much as his decision is respected, we can’t overlook the pressure he was put into that lead to any such decision. Wishing him good luck for future, I hope we continue to build.

Lane Rettig is back after ten days with @VipassanaOrg. A lot of questions were asked about accountability and leadership in his absence.
