FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

[Denver, CO — January 17, 2020]
Ethereum Classic Labs is pleased to be a Meta Sponsor for ETHDenver 2020, February 14–16 at the Sports Castle in the historic Golden Triangle district of Denver. ETC Labs is committed to fulfilling the promise of blockchain on the Ethereum Classic protocol and their flagship program, ETC Labs Accelerate is a mentoring process for startups in the ETC develop community that will be on display in the ETHDenver environment of tech innovation.

The ETC Labs Accelerate cohort program provides mentorship for digital asset startups and supports development of their solutions and their pitch to investors. An expert panel, hands-on workshop, display table, and the mentoring desk at ETHDenver will all include professionals from our team of leaders in the field. Meet our experts, network with ETC teams and learn more about applying to an ETC Labs Cohort to develop the next innovative solution using the ETC protocol.

Mentoring is the focus of ETC Labs Accelerate, and ETC Core developers will be available at the ETHDenver Mentoring Desk during the event. Attendees at ETHDenver will have an opportunity to network with highly respected ETC developers who are leaders in the ETC Labs accelerator. The cypher punks, coders, crypto-economists, designers, makers, and the #BUIDL development community members taking advantage of the sponsorship support that makes ETHDenver a free conference, can connect to mentors from the Ethereum Classic Labs developer teams for support on the hackathon projects, to network for future concepts, and can explore opportunities to apply to ETC Labs Accelerate cohort programs that help to secure funding, provide development expertise and technical support, and explore strategic opportunities for selected projects.

ETC Labs Executive Director, Liz Kukka, will join the Protocol Interoperability panel at ETHDenver that will include representatives from several protocol teams. A key ETC development accomplishment, the Agharta hard fork, has created compatibility for the ETC and ETH protocols. The developments in compatibility are prioritizing accessibility, configurability, and discoverability as project opportunities.

“We’re looking forward to showcasing the ETC Labs work that strives to fulfill the original promise of blockchain to deliver meaningful social impact solutions that will improve people lives,” said Terry Culver, ETC Labs CEO, “Our team of experts at ETHDenver are pleased to be both mentors and participants in the exchange of knowledge at this great event.”

Acclaimed ETC developer Isaac Ardis, of the ETC Labs team, will present a workshop on February 15 at ETHDenver. He will address the role of configurability in the realm of the decentralized ETC technology, and also the ongoing development work that has created compatibility with ETH and which uses the features of the new ETC client, Multi-Geth.

Team members will be highlighting new developments in the ETC Labs where project partners in the ETC Labs Accelerator are configuring ETC technology to advance the creation, growth, and proliferation of Ethereum Classic solutions while ETC Studio partners are using tools created for the ETC protocol by our acclaimed ETC development team. The configurability of the ETC realm is making it possible to create opportunities, applications, and solutions for projects as varied as gaming, financial inclusion, gov-tech, media, and emerging markets.
