Tulip Conference: A Decentralized SF Experience

San Francisco’s Must-Attend Blockchain Event of June

Tulip is hosting a week of events in San Francisco from June 3rd to the 7th.
The innovative conference is designed for attendees to experience new and emerging technologies being developed in San Francisco through both discussion and immersion. Over 100 blockchain pioneers will share how they are breaking new frontiers with hands-on, citywide use cases. Come see how decentralized systems can be used with local event promoters and experience San Francisco’s art, culture, and music scene through decentralization!

ETC Labs has partnered with Tulip Conference to host an AR Design workshop. Co-hosted with Scanta, the workshop offers a unique perspective into Augmented Reality. Scanta harnesses the power of augmented reality and blockchain technology to build innovative experiences with an aim to disrupt the way people live, learn, and communicate. This new way of communication is made possible by using AR avatars called Pikamojis, which allows users to interact with 100+ unique AR characters and animations. Pikamoji is an app that gives anyone the ability to create engaging and unique AR experiences that can be shared with friends and through social media. Pikamojis are a manifestation of moods, emotions, and expressions for users. This fun content creation and sharing app allows anyone to experiment, experience, and engage with the magic of augmented reality.

The workshop offers attendees an opportunity to design their own unique Pikamoji AR avatars. Created designs will be entered into a competition and the winners will have their avatars added to the official Pikamoji Library!

Join us on June 3rd, 2pm — 5pm at ETC Labs, located on 111 Ellis st, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, Ca, 94102! You can also attend the rest of Tulip by using the link below.
