ETC Community Update — Funding, Messaging, and New Web Wallet
The ETC Community Fund is fully funded and launched. The short of it is that we now have 16,384 ETC to put towards projects that benefit the ETC ecosystem. You can read the full announcement here.

Classic Ether Wallet has been updated to allow you to send and receive messages directly on the ETC blockchain. This is useful in case you send funds to the wrong address, or want to talk to someone at an address but are unaware of who owns it.
When you open a wallet on CEW you’ll see any messages that have been sent to you.
Guarda, an ETC mobile wallet, has now released a web wallet version of their application. It’s pretty slick, and you can check it out here.
