Totally in line with the approach.

However, I’d like to raise 2 concerns

  • Using light synchronisation of Blockchain allow man in the middle attacks since the node does not validate the state against the transaction in blocks
  • When reading a Blockchain we often rely on third party software that wrap the smart contracts into an API. Here again, if the api is remote or code gets compromised, man in the middle attack is possible.

In any case this transformation is useful for the community.
