A lot has happened since the last update. The Bee team implemented important changes to the network: check out the Bee 1.3.0 release and, please, update your Bee nodes to the latest version if you haven’t done so already. All you need to know can be found in Elad Nachmias’s blog post here.

The Swarm Ecosystem team has created a brand new Twitter account to keep you up to date with news from projects building on Swarm, grant recipients, and much more. Make sure to follow this one to be in-the-know.

As you probably know, the fourth round of Swarm grants was a success. We are happy to see all the new interesting Swarm use cases coming to life every day. You can check this blog post and see it for yourself.

Below you’ll find all that’s been happening in Swarm for the last month. Dive right in and see what your favorite Swarm track has been up to.

Bee Track

  • Released bee v1.3.0
  • Bee v1.4.0 is being actively tested and is scheduled to be released W47/W48. For more details please see the recent blog post. Please make sure that your nodes’ connectivity is properly configured to accept external connections before updating to v1.4.0. Stay tuned on our Discord and Twitter for updates on when this release is expected to be rolled out
