Statement: Ethereum ProgPoW to enable ProgPoW on block height 7280000

Rationale
Although we witness the noticeable increase in demand for ProgPoW adoption, Ethereum Foundation or its relevant organizations who have their responsibility to decide the detailed schedule for ProgPoW upgrade aren’t moving forward for months which is likely not to happen.
Therefore our ProgPoW developers have decided to force ProgPoW adoption by delivering ProgPoW enabled node software to miners and pools who support and signal ProgPoW adoption on blocks they mine, more than 60% of net hashrate now signals “PPYE (ProgPoW Yes)” on their block, however we convince other 40% of miners to signal PPYE on their block also. Our node software will support signaling ProgPoW yes vote til the ProgPoW is being enabled by a majority of hashrate.
By forcing the adoption, we also expect to agitate their interest in ProgPoW and also to emphasize the importance of asic resistant mining ecosystem. Therefore, we are asking the community to upgrade their nodes and mining clients that can support the latest specification of ProgPoW architecture before we hit the proposed block number. ASICs are ready to fall off the network if the upgrade happens without alter chain being generated. The alternative is not a good one in that funds, contracts, erc20 tokens, collateral loans, stable coins will be in danger of being split. Once split we expect they will lose their economic value since there will be identical tokens and contracts without replay protection.
Technical procedure and Roadmap
As a promised upgrade, miners need to upgrade their mining client, mining pools need to prepare their pool software and their node software for ProgPoW adoption, service providers and wallet providers need to upgrade their node as well.
